MP Dunne Properties has been officially approved by several of the major Spanish banks with large portfolios to market their real estate assets. Now we have many properties on our database which are at asking prices well below the current market prices which, recently, have started to inch their way upwards, especially here in Marbella.
Spanish banks are now aggressively marketing and are doing their very best to off-load repossession properties that they have had on their books now for some years.
Among these bank properties are some of the most fabulous “new builds” that were not completed before the credit crunch hit the developers and which have now been completed by the banks themselves or other investors. These properties are now selling at great discounted prices compared to what they would have fetched before the economic slump, but of course the qualities, finishes, and location haven´t changed at all!!
