La Trinidad, Marbella Golden Mile
The beautiful residential complex of La Trinidad was built in 2003, in one of the most prized locations in town, the Marbella Golden Mile. The land upon which the development sits spans just over 7 hectares, right next to King Fhad´s Palace, and provides more than ample space for magnificent sub-tropical gardens with water features including ponds and fountains, as well as 2 large swimming pools with spacious sunbathing areas.
Very private and secure, the urbanization of La Trinidad is completely enclosed with gated and controlled access, 24-hour security patrols and CCTV. There are 116 apartments and penthouses distributed throughout 8 low-rise buildings, all luxuriously constructed and finished, with the majority having been beautifully maintained and many magnificently refurbished and exquisitely furnished. All the buildings stand in a semi-circle surrounding the landscaped garden area and pools, with La Concha Mountain as the backdrop to the north and the blue Mediterranean Sea to the south.
Residents, and their guests, can enjoy a wide range of health and leisure facilities on-site without the need to look elsewhere in town. Apart from the 2 outdoor pools, La Trinidad Marbella offers an all-year round heated indoor pool, separate saunas for male and female, a fully equipped fitness gym, and table tennis for the young of all ages!! Socializing with neighbours is made easy and enjoyable by providing a special social and library area, and a café by the pool during the summer season. For the kids, after spending all those seemingly endless hours of activity in the swimming and paddling pools, any extra energy left over can be spent in the children´s play area.
For beach lovers, the beaches by the Puente Romano Hotel and at Puerto Banus are a nice walk away, especially if you decide to go to Puerto Banus along the sea front promenade. All the other beaches in the area are an easy drive away, as is Marbella town, just about 10 minutes to the centre.
A “walk in the garden” in La Trinidad is a delightful experience, thanks to the preserved area of woodland to the north of the estate, the varied vegetation which includes fruit trees and aromatic plants and bushes, the various water features, the expansive lawns, and the sounds and smells of nature all around.
Time spent in the gardens will definitely guarantee bringing alive all the senses, and the scents and aromas floating in on the warm evening air together with the sounds of the crickets taking up their night song will surround you with a feeling of peace and tranquility, despite being just minutes away from the busy social scene going on in Puerto Banus. La Trinidad is the best of both worlds, that´s for sure!!
