Off plan property buying in Marbella is back – and in a big way! Given there has been literally no new construction in Marbella in more than 12 years now there is a dearth of new property. However, as we creep our way out of recession we are seeing new developments starting again – and the units are being snapped up like hot cakes!
British builders Taylor Wimpey have launched a total of six developments in Marbella and are enjoying enormous success, selling out at many in less than 12 months. Off plan sales have included 114 apartments at Los Arqueros Beach in San Pedro de Alcantara, 40 properties at Los Robles de Los Arqueros in Benahavis and 36 luxury beachside apartments at Horizon Beach in Estepona. Figures from CBRE confirm that investment in property across Spain is booming again. It topped €10.2 billion last year – the second highest figure ever recorded.

Los Olivos Nueva Andalucia

Icon Signature Village
The villas are located in Santa Clara Golf Marbella, one of the finest 18-hole golf courses on the Costa del Sol, designed by Enrique Canales Busquets.
Six top international architects have been commissioned to design the villas, which aim to blend luxury living, contemporary architecture and art, alongside Mediterranean influences.
