A large winery and vineyard property located in Ronda with an estate exceeding 26 hectares. This estate is dedicated to olive and vineyard production, farmland, Holm-oak and orchard areas. The north area is included in the Integral Special Protection Non-Zoned Land Plan, and comprises an area of 103,098 m2, the rest of the estate is classified as Non-Zoned Common Land where the building is located. The estate has a rocky area to the north where one finds a private water source. This rocky area then descends gently towards the south. The gentler sloping area is used for various crops.
