At the heart of our business is a commitment to professionalism, responsibility, and trust. As members of the European Association of Real Estate Professions (CEPI) and recipients of the 2025 MMCEPI Quality Label, as well as active members of the Leading Property Agents of Spain (LPA), we adhere to the highest European standards of ethics and service in the real estate sector.

As such, we provide all employees, collaborators and third parties with a confidential and secure Whistleblowing Channel, in compliance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, and Directive (EU) 2019/1937.

This channel can be used to report, in good faith, any irregular, unethical or illegal conduct within the organisation, such as:

• Corruption, fraud or economic crimes.
• Regulatory breaches in public procurement, the environment, health or data protection.
• Offences with an impact on public finances or social security.

• Regular training and updates
• Appropriate disciplinary measures
• Clear information to all parties
