Tierra Viva, Luxury Villas, Benahavís

The design brief was developed in partnership with Automobili Lamborghini, resulting in three distinct villa designs across a single hillside site. Tierra Viva is completing in 2027.

Benahavís sits within the Golden Triangle, roughly twenty minutes by car from Marbella and twelve from Puerto Banús. Málaga Airport is around fifty minutes. The development is surrounded by golf: Los Flamingos, La Quinta, and Marbella Club Golf Resort are all within a few minutes’ drive. Buyers who’ve looked at Nueva Andalucía or the Golden Mile often find Benahavís a favoruble choice as it offers mountain surroundings and lower density, while keeping the similar access to beaches, restaurants, and schools.

Tierra Viva has three villa designs. Diamante is a six-bedroom, four-level villa with a rooftop terrace and large pool and garden area, suited to larger households or full-time living. Zafiro has five bedrooms with sea views from every level, a rooftop terrace, and multi-purpose rooms. Esmeralda, at four bedrooms, has terraced gardens and a pool, with a steam room, sauna, and home cinema on the lower ground floor. All three face south to southeast, with views over the sea and the golf course.

Each villa has a private pool, landscaped gardens, a residential lift, and a car elevator, vehicles park inside the property, not outside it. There’s also a residents’ gym and sauna. The development is fully gated with 24-hour security.
